What this is
This site publishes the current state of a survey of open-source GitHub repositories, run as a research instrument. 81 recorded campaigns; the 69 under the current standard each froze a question and scope, screened under stated rules, and sealed a ledger. Twelve predate the standard and carry flags in place of counts. 70 of the 81 carry a placement on this hub; 11 of those are marked ingested, and 10 of the 11 admitted at least one repository — one admitted none. Entries are the admitted rows of those 10, and every campaign's ingestion status is shown on its category page.
Entries are repositories — libraries, benchmarks, specifications — whatever a campaign's ledger admitted as evidence.
Coverage claims appear verbatim, dated, and are never restated upward. Ordering is by category and name throughout; popularity metrics are reported, dated, and never used to sort. Absence renders as absence: dashes are not zeros, repositories that stop resolving remain as dated events, and thin categories say so.
